1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PixJet service ("Service"), provided by Addonix Inc ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Definitions

• CDN: Content Delivery Network, a system of distributed servers that deliver web content to users based on their geographical location.
• SSL: Secure Socket Layer, a standard technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client.
• WebP: A modern image format that provides superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web, designed to reduce loading times and data usage.
• AVIF: A next-generation image format that offers efficient compression and high-quality images, developed from the AV1 video codec, allowing for smaller file sizes without sacrificing quality.
• Lazy Loading: A design pattern that postpones the loading of non-essential resources at the point the page is initially loaded, improving performance and reducing resource consumption.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they upload or deliver using our Service. We do not enforce age restrictions and do not encourage adult material. Users must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content and any consequences that arise from its use in connection with our Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Engage in gambling, adult content, drug-related activities, or other illegal activities.
• Conduct payment fraud, security abuse (including DDoS attacks, SQL injection attempts, malware distribution, etc.).
• Perform stress tests or DDoS attacks on our systems.
• Transmit any material that is offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Abuse Policy

We do not tolerate any abuse of our Service. If we receive any reports regarding adult content or other prohibited uses, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service immediately. We take such reports seriously and will investigate any claims thoroughly.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are handled securely by Stripe. Any payment-related issues or disputes must be addressed with Stripe directly; however, we will provide basic support regarding payment issues, such as transaction inquiries and billing questions.

For our Pro Package, bandwidth credits are billed separately at the end of each month based on usage. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor their bandwidth usage to avoid any unexpected charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any data loss incurred while using our Service. While our plugin keeps a shadow copy of the data we process, we do not delete any data from users' platforms, such as WordPress or Shopify.

CDN downtime may occur due to DNS issues, DDoS attacks, network failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In cases of CDN downtime, we will offer extra time by extending the client’s package duration to compensate for the service interruption. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service and are not responsible for any impacts caused by such downtime.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Service must be resolved through our email or ticketing system. Please contact us at legal@pixjet.io. We will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and an email notification will be sent to users. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes that may affect your rights and responsibilities.
